    Off Shore / On Shore Rig Requirement
    1] Rig Electrician:- Responsible for ensuring that the operation and maintenance of the electrical installations and the electrical equipment is kept at a high level so breakdown during operation is avoided.
    2] Rig Mechanic:- Perform daily maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities are to repair, install, and maintain well equipment used for drilling. You must also know how to work on the operating pump.
    3] Radio Operator:- Receiving and transmitting radio communications in accordance with applicable international regulations. Continually updating lifeboat lists as personnel movements take place on the platform. Maintaining computer and manual records of personnel, cargo, vehicle activities etc. and generating reports.
    4] Deck Operator:- The deck pusher oversees the safe and orderly execution of deck and cargo operations aboard the ship at the immediate discretion of the Drilling Superintendent and Toolpusher. This includes oversight of all cranes and stowage of bulk materials, cargo, drilling equipment, and adequate housekeeping of related spaces.
    5] Floor man:- Responsible for safely and efficiently assisting the Driller by performing manual labor tasks to support the drilling operations. Job Responsibilities: Assist drillers in making pipe connection. Supervise mixing off all drilling fluids.
    6] Derrick man:- Participates in the erection and dismantling of the drilling rig. Assures the integrity of the rig derrick structure, valve position, hoisting systems, circulating systems, and other drilling rig components.
    7] Pump man:- Repairing equipment when it breaks, monitoring equipment to ensure it is working, and maintaining equipment to prevent breakage
    8] Motor man:- Performing routine required maintenance, repairs, SAMM, and Condition Based Monitoring repairs and maintenance actions. ensure that all the cargo oil or drilled oil flows smoothly into the required pipes and is collected as required.
    9] Driller:- Set up, operate and maintain the equipment for drilling wells in the search for oil and gas. Also supervise the other members of the drilling team: roustabouts, roughnecks and the derrickhand.
    10] Roustabout:- Maintaining the rig's appearance and ensuring a safe working environment for the crew. Also Clean spills and keep walkways clear. It ensure that nothing blocks the exits or any access to fire fighting equipment.
    11] Rough neck – Drilling:- Perform activities such as setting up and maintaining oil rigs, preparing the area for drilling operations, assembling pipes, driving trucks, loading and unloading various items, and cleaning the area when drilling operations are complete. Maintaining and repairing much of the equipment found on the drill floor and derrick.
    12] Tool Pusher:- Supervise the operation of offshore oil rigs and mining drills on land rigs. Manage the personnel that work on the rig and report to the head of operations regarding the work that is undertaken on the rig. Co-ordinate the various departments on a drilling rig and ensure that the work undertaken on the rig meets appointed deadlines. 
    13] Gangway Operator:- Perform effective signaling/communications to direct movement of loads using appropriate hand and radio communication techniques. Perform Preparation and Cleaning of Equipment For Maintenance Or Coating. Contribute to The Health and Safety of the Working Environment. Monitor And Maintain Pollution Control.
    14] Hydraulic Mechanic:- Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders, etc. Troubleshoot mobile and industrial equipment and systems. Conducts field service calls for various hydraulically-powered systems and machines for troubleshooting and repair. Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment.
    15] Safety Officer:- Assigned to prevent accidents, respond to emergencies and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's safety programs. A safety officer identifies safety hazards, investigates them thoroughly, and controls them before someone gets hurt.
    16] Rig Material Coordinator:- Responsible for the Tracks movements for the repair of all rig components and equipment. Initiates all purchase orders for service work. Maintains records of materials, equipment, supplies, and spare parts.
    17] Maintenance Supervisor:Responsible to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents or damage and carry out investigations where necessary, assign action items and follow for timely closure of same. Ensure that rig equipment is maintained in compliance with the Company’s preventive maintenance program within area of responsibility and ensure that adequate levels of inventory for the drilling system equipment are maintained, accurately inventoried and preserved.     Steel Plant (Rolling Mill ) Requirement.
    1] Production Planner:- Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products. Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production. Scheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverage. Watching costs to ensure the production process stays within budget. Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management. Handling production disruptions and productivity problems. Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs. Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
    2] Production Engineer:- Review efficiencies and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process. Deliver high quality products/components to clearly defined standards. Overall Purpose of the Role: Lead all manufacturing engineering, encompassing capital and process development projects, providing superior technical knowledge.
    3] QC SI:- Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor. Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work. Ensures manufactured products meet requirements using tools and guidelines. 
    4] NDT Specialist:- Inspect structures, equipment, and materials to determine where problems or defects are present. They must be able to gather information from all sources regarding the materials in question. Specialists are responsible for recording and often transcribing information about their studies and findings. This information is used to evaluate and decide whether there are defects in the materials and then to judge whether the proper regulations and standards were followed when building the equipment and structures, or when processing or manufacturing the materials used.
    5] NDT Inspector:- An inspector is responsible for overseeing the overall condition of the site, ensuring that it complies with the safety standards and regulations. Inspectors' duties include monitoring the quality of the materials used, inspecting any defects and discrepancies that might compromise the operations, generating reports to assess the product costing if it meets the budget goals, and utilizing available resources in the market for the highest quality project. An inspector must have excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills to perform comprehensive actions on risk management and service delivery.
    6] QC Inspector:- Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements. Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines. Providing training to the quality assurance team. Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domain. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met. Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product. Monitor customer satisfaction levels. Monitor the production phase at various levels.
    7] Hot Mill Supervisor:- Directs operations in ingredient receiving, grain drying, feed batching, feed pelleting, grinding, quality testing, sample gathering, mill sanitation and following/implementing all safety protocol and processes. Communicates with feed mill maintenance and vendors as appropriate.
    8] Line Supervisor:- Enforce safety regulations, Perform line walks to ensure standardized work is being followed. Plan work schedules and assign duties to staff. Perform quality checks on equipment and products. Collaborate with workers and managers to solve problems. Explain work orders to employees. Evaluate and report on employee performance. Prepare records of employee time and wages, daily receipts, or inspection results.
    9] Raw Material Inspector:- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials. Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements. Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
    10] Reliability Engineer:- Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The reliability engineer is responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets. Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications. Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems.
    11] Automatic Engineer:- Automation engineers are responsible for creating and building various automated machines. They design, program, simulate, and test automated machinery and processes to complete exact tasks. They are typically employed in industries where robots or machines are designed to perform specific functions including car manufacturing or food processing plants. Automation engineers design schematics for automation components using CAD software and analyze production processes to assess automation’s best use. They manage supply chain issues and perform regular maintenance on automation equipment, performing repairs, and troubleshooting when necessary. 
    12] Instrument Engineer:- Design and develop control systems. Maintain the existing control systems. Manage the control systems. Collaborate with design engineers, purchasers and other staff members involved in the production processes. Manage projects within the given restraints including cost and time
    Troubleshoot. Ensure that the instruments comply with health and safety regulations. Ensure that quality standards are maintained. Provide consultancy support.
    13] EMI Operator:- Processing of high-quality oil country tubular goods in conformance with API specifications. Maintaining or exceeding production quota on schedule. Responsible for Daily Setup and Safe operation of the assigned equipment. Works closely with the machine operator as a key part of our production line. Serve as the frontline agent of production and machine operation.
    14] Furnace Operator:- Operates open hearth furnace for making steel from blown metal (iron). Charges furnace with scrap, blown and molten metal received from convertor and blast furnace, chemicals etc., according to type of steel required. Controls fuel intake and flow of air in furnace to suit furnace condition. Takes care not to damage refractory work of furnace. Gets furnace ready for tapping and directs Furnace Operator Second Hand to open tapping hole of furnace closed for ascertaining suitability of further operation. May spray furnace sides with dolomite for maintaining proper furnace condition.
    15] Saw Operator:- A saw operator uses saws and a variety of machines to cut wood and other materials. As a saw operator, your job duties involve setting up and inspecting equipment, installing blades, measuring the length to cut to specifications, and operating the machines. Set up and operate a variety of saws to cut metal and other materials. Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications. File, grind and smooth rough edges and surfaces. Read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
    16] UT NDT:- Ultrasonic testing (UT) of steel is a non destructive testing process that normally uses very short ultrasonic pulse (high frequency sound energy) waves that have frequencies ( of between 0.1 and 15 MHz, even though they occasionally get up to 50 MHz. Frequency range for common metals is used 1 to 4 MHz. Non-destructive testing is a solution to find the strength of the existing steel structure and its joints, such as welds. Di-Penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Testing, and ultrasonic testing are the various non-destructive tests (NDT) carried out to find the strength of the existing steel structure.
    17] Piercer Operator:- Tends equipment that pierces steel billets lengthwise preparatory to making seamless tubing: Moves levers to drop hot billet from conveyor into trough and ram it along trough into rollers which force center of billet into piercing mandrel. Moves controls to withdraw piercing mandrel from billet and drop billet on conveyor for further processing.
    18] Size Mill Operator:- Mill operators are responsible for overseeing the production of raw materials. They monitor and control all aspects of the milling process, including feeding raw materials into the mill, operating equipment to break down these materials into smaller pieces, and removing unwanted byproducts from the final product. Mill operators must be able to read and interpret blueprints and other instructions in order to properly operate their machinery. They also need to have a strong understanding of safety procedures so that they can keep themselves and their coworkers safe while on the job.
    19] Heat Treament SV:- To supervise and coordinate other heat treating equipment setters, operators, and tenders, ensuring their work meets the required technical specifications and is completed promptly. responsible for the machines and furnaces that apply heat treatments to clean, harden or temper metal and make it ready for use in products. You'll work with metals like iron, steel and alloys.
    20] Straightening Operator:- Straightening machine operators set up and tend straightening machines designed to form metal workpieces into their desired shape using pressing practices. They adjust the angle and the height of the straightening rolls and select the settings for the pressing force required to straighten the workpiece, taking into account the end product’s yield strenght and size, without excess work hardening.
    21] Threading Operator:- Operate thread rolling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material. Move material to the next workstation. Maintain clean and safe work environment.
    22] Hydraulic Mechanic:- Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders, etc. Troubleshoot mobile and industrial equipment and systems. Conducts field service calls for various hydraulically-powered systems and machines for troubleshooting and repair. Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment.
    23] Tool Room Operator:- It requires managing tool and consumable transactions. Duties include but are not limited to filling tool and equipment requisitions, checking tools in and out to jobs, cleaning and inspecting tools, and overseeing the day to day operations of the tool room.
    24] Shift In Charge:- Should be charge of providing direct supervision to employees at shift-based companies to ensure the business operates correctly. Performs grinding activities to clear casting defects based on testing validation.
    27] Bundling Operator:- Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste. Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards. Other duties as assigned. May be required to stack parts up to 50 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
